Actress Shirley Romaine will present her newest program, “Laugh and Cry with Nora Ephron, Then Laugh Again” at the Jericho Public Library, 1 Merry Drive in Jericho on Tuesday, Aug. 19 at 2 p.m. It is a tribute to the late wise, witty and wonderful journalist, novelist, screenwriter director,  playwright and foodie.
