The Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m., on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024, with respect to Bill 7 of 2022, which reads, as follows:Bill 7 of 2022, a local law amending the Code of the Village of Kings Point with regard to Architectural and Preliminary Site Review Board waivers.Be it enacted by the Board of Trustees of the Village Kings Point.Section 1. †Subdivisions 6 and 7, of subsection B, or ß 161-60, Waivers, of Article IX, Architectural and Preliminary Site Review Board, of Chapter 161, Zoning, of the Code of the Village of Kings Point, is hereby deleted and subdivision 5 of said subsection is amended, to read as follows:ì5. The Chairman, in the ChairmanÃs sole discretion, may grant the waiver, grant the waiver in part, or deny the waiver, and, upon any grant, in whole or in part, condition such grant upon terms the Chairman believes will eliminate, reduce, or mitigate any adverse impact by such grantîSection 2. †Effective date. †This local law shall take effect immediately.Dated: †Kings Point, New York
