LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing commencing at 7 00 p.m. on May 2, 2024, at the Kings Point Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024 with respect to the following application and such other matters as may come before the Board. CASE NO. PRPB20230368- The application of Changiz Hakimi and Shahla Hakimi, as owners, for preliminary and final plat approval of a plan to subdivide a parcel of land known as 206 Kings Point Road, comprising approximately 87,081.66 gross and net square feet, into two parcels, with no new streets. The subject property is shown on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 1, Block 176, Lot 57, and is located in a Residence A2 District of the Village of Kings Point. The application and accompanying exhibits are on file and may be inspected during normal business hours. At said hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
