PUBLIC HEARING INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at 6:30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York 11501, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following:†APPLICATION OF YANIRA TAVERAS FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 550 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA, ENTITLED ìZONINGî, †SECTION 550-12 ENTITLED ìB-1 DISTRICTSî, SUBSECTION (B) ENTITLED ìSPECIAL USESî TO ESTABLISH A RESTAURANT/BAR UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 303 WILLIS AVENUE, MINEOLA, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 9, BLOCK 321, LOT 128. †The Village of Mineola does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in administration or access to or employment in its projects and activities.† Bryan L.
