PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Village of East Williston will hold a continuation of a public hearing at the Village Hall, 2 Prospect Street in said Village on March 21, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. to hear the application of Dominic Conte, 39 Lee Avenue, East Williston, New York to request variance from:
Section 160-37 Fences and walls. (b 1) ‘No fence shall exceed four feet in height’
Five foot side fence requested. Seven foot rear fence requested.
Applicant seeks to construct a five foot side fence and a seven foot rear fence.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that any interested party may appear personally and be heard.
