PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article XXV of the Code of the Village of Great Neck, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at Village Hall, 767 Middle Neck Road, Great Neck, New York at 7:30 PM to consider the following application and all other matters as may come before the Board: A public hearing to consider an application from Alert Hook and Ladder Company for site plan review to construct a maintenance and training facility on the premises located at 144 Steamboat Road, Great Neck, NY, also known as Section 1, Block 17, Lot(s) 4-203, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, located in the Residence C Zoning District in the incorporated Village of Great Neck. This application is in accordance with the procedures described in Section 575-225 and/or Article XXV of the Village Code. The site plan application and associated documentation are available for inspection, upon request, at Village Hall.
