PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR TRANSPORTATION OF PUPILS FOR THE 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR East Williston Union Free School District 11 Bacon Road† †Old Westbury, NY 11568 The Board of Education of the East Williston UFSD (“School District”) hereby invites sealed†proposals for providing transportation for the 2022-2023 school year for each of the following†contracts: (1a) Home-to-School and School-to-Home Transportation for In/Out of District Transportation for Public/Private/Parochial/Special Needs (65-66 passenger bus) with School District providing fuel; (1b) Home-to-School and School-to-Home Transportation for In/Out of District Transportation for Public/Private/Parochial/Special Needs (65-66 passenger bus) with Contractor providing fuel; (2a) Home-to-School and School-to-Home Transportation for In/Out of District Transportation for Public/Private/Parochial/Special Needs (20-30 passenger air conditioned vehicles and under, including lifts & Matrons) with District providing fuel; (2b) Home-to-School and School-to-Home Transportation for In/Out of Public/Private/Parochial/Special Needs (20-30 passenger air conditioned vehicles and under including lifts & Matrons) with Contractor providing fuel; (3) Athletic Trips and (4) Field Trips with Contractor providing fuel. The Request for Proposal (ìRFPî), including forms for proposal, certification, conditions, and†specifications may be obtained from the School District’s Purchasing Department located at 11†Bacon Road, Old Westbury, New York 11568 between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through†Friday, excluding holidays, prior to the time and date specified for the receipt of said proposals, or calling 516-333-1707 Sealed proposals shall be sent to the School District’s Purchasing Department at 11 Bacon Road, Old Westbury, NY 11568 and shall be clearly marked ìPupil Transportation Proposal ñ Do Not Open Until 1:00 p.m. on June 24, 2022î. Such proposals will be received until 1:00 p.m. on June 24, 2022, in the Purchasing Department at which time and place all proposals will be publicly acknowledged.†
