Woman beaten with bats, robbed in Mineola

A 45-year-old woman was robbed and beaten with bats by three men in Mineola early Tuesday night, police said.

The men then beat the victim until her shirt tore, exposing the money she had hidden in her blouse, which the men then stole before fleeing in the hatchback in an unknown direction, police said.
