Mineola Laundry at 211 Mineola Blvd. was broken into July 25 before approximately $2,500 was stolen, police said.
An unknown suspect wearing a dark-colored sweatshirt, dark sweatpants, baseball cap and backpack entered the laundromat at 11:30 p.m. and fled eastbound on Lincoln Avenue when he left.
The suspect was on foot and headed toward Mineola Boulevard, police said.
