A Brooklyn man was charged for his alleged association with four burglaries in Mineola.
Police say they responded to a call for a burglary in progress on March 21 on 90-13 West Jericho Turnpike.
Upon arrival, officers say they noticed a broken front window and entered the building with both emergency services and K9 units where they located Emmanuel Rosario, 32, hiding in the ceilings of one of the storefronts.Â
A subsequent investigation determined Rosario was responsible for what police say were three other incidents in the village all taking place on March 21 at Mamma Gina’s Pizza on 2nd St., BP gas station and Mineola Garden Center, both located on Jericho Turnpike.Â
Rosario has been charged with four counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree criminal mischief and one count of third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal trespass and petit larceny.Â
Rosario pleaded not guilty to his charges.
