UNIONDALE, NEW YORK – Evan H. Krinick, Managing Partner of Rivkin Radler, is pleased to announce that Caitlin Cash and Katherine Jenkins have joined the firm’s Uniondale office as associates.

Caitlin Cash, of Malverne, has joined the Insurance Fraud Group. She focuses her practice on investigating and prosecuting civil lawsuits in state and federal court, including the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Cash was an associate at a midsize law firm, where she focused on insurance defense for general liability and labor law matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School.

Katherine Jenkins, of Huntington Station, has also joined the Insurance Fraud Group.

She focuses her practice on insurance defense and no-fault insurance fraud matters. Prior to joining Rivkin Radler, Jenkins worked at a firm in Carle Place where she represented clients in a wide range of state and federal civil rights and employment matters.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
