In Louise M. De Mar’s letter “Trump Critics Ignore Economy” (Nov. 17), she states that the Dow is up 27 percent since Election Day — the antithesis of what the nation has seen in the prior eight years.
In fact, the Dow rose 148 percent during the two Obama terms. Certainly, nothing to sneer at.
