After navigating my car on Middle Neck Road this summer, I firmly believe pedestrians are in need of a “Defensive Crossing the Street” course.
Whatever happened to cross at the green and not in between, especially not diagonally.
Crossing pedestrians, iPhones glued to their ears, are totally oblivious to cars that could easily cause great bodily harm.
In the event that a concerned driver honks lightly they are totally outraged at having their conversations interrupted!
