Floral Park-Bellerose Union Free School District art teachers Maria Mecchi and Amanda Ellis have been communicating with students daily during this time of remote learning. For students in grades 3-6, they have been utilizing Google Classroom; and, for students in grades K-2, they have been using Padlet.
Students from both Floral Park-Bellerose School and John Lewis Childs School are able to submit their artwork, and then Mecchi and Ellis are able to comment, offer encouragement and post the work on the Google Classroom stream and the Padlet.
