John Stalzer, of Sea Cliff, is an environmental scientist for PSEG Long Island who grew up in Manhasset.
Stalzer has spent over 10 years as Sea Cliff’s chair of the environmental commission. He has degrees in environmental biology from Long Island University’s Southampton campus and in computer/information science from LIU’s C.W. Post campus.
Stalzer said his top priorities would be to:
- Focus on environmental issues
- Provide more common sense in the county’s Legislature
- Focus on localizing developments to preserve community character.
