Roslyn High School hosted Tennis with the Teachers on Nov. 1. Players from the junior varsity and the varsity girls’ tennis paired up with their teachers for a fun day on the courts.
A number of Roslyn Middle School tennis players volunteered to help run the event—held in honor of Drew Hassenbein and Ethan Falkowitz, whose families were in attendance.
“It was heartwarming to see all of the students and staff at the high school coming together on the tennis court to support a scholarship fund for Drew and Ethan,” Roslyn Middle School principal Craig Johanson said. “It brought me great joy and happiness to see the power of the community and school coming together. The love and spirit of the event was beautiful.”
