Sewanhaka High School Mathletes participated in the Nassau Math Tournament at SUNY Old Westbury on Feb. 3.
The two teams were comprised of sophomores and seniors, and the students competed in individual events, as well. The senior team earned a near-perfect score of 17 out of 20 correct questions in the Team Competition. Additionally, senior Sean Andrade earned ninth place in the county with 17 out of 25 questions correct in the individual competition.
