Students, faculty and staff took a time machine back to the 1980s to commemorate the 80th day of school on Jan. 11 at Heights School.

Classrooms were filled with people wearing neon colors, headbands, leg warmers and glittery gloves. Principal Mary Wood wore a colorful outfit that was a throwback to the Partridge Family.

Students really enjoyed a scavenger hunt that teachers set up throughout the school’s hallways to teach students popular language that defined the 80s—like Rubix Cubes, rollerskates and boomboxes.
