The Town of North Hempstead recently held a career day for students from Great Neck South High School.
Different departments from the Town, including the Building Department, the Town Clerk’s Office, the Town Attorney’s office, Information Technology and Telecommunications, Human Resources, Highway Department, and Communications all spoke to the students about their different roles in the Town to give the students insight on future career choices.
Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Council Members Lee Seeman and Anna Kaplan and Receiver of Taxes Charles Berman also spoke to the students about their roles as elected officials of the Town.
