Manor Oaks School sixth graders and faculty went “screen-to-screen” in a “Are
You Smarter Than a Sixth Grader?” virtual game show on Feb. 12.
The event, which was coordinated by physical education teacher Lisa Santos, was held in place of the yearly volleyball game between sixth graders and their teachers. Due to the pandemic, the school came up with a way to still continue the tradition of providing a special event for the sixth-grade students before winter break.
Topics included history, pop culture, math, geography, food and more. After 31 questions, the students won with a final score of 20-13.
