On Oct. 23, “Mole Day,” which references Avogadro’s number, 6.022 x 10^23 (hence 10/23 as the date), Mrs. Foley’s AP Chemistry class made T-shirts to match the theme Moley Potter. In addition, a group of seven seniors made T-shirts with their interpretation of the Harry Potter books with a chemistry spin. Students also celebrated in class with snacks, including salsa and, of course, guaca-MOLE.
