Floral Park-Bellerose School sixth grader Lily Trentacoste was honored for her writing submission in the nationwide General Federation of Women’s Clubs 2023 Writing and Photography Contest. Trentacoste won first place in the youth short story category 2 (grades 3-5) for her written piece, “Mr. Linden’s Library.” She wrote the piece and submitted it while in fifth grade.
