Roslyn High School students created magazine flower collages, inspired by Japanese artist Takashi Murakami.

Murakami’s fascination with flowers led to the creation of joyful smiley blooms, which have made a global mark in pop culture and fashion.

“Students did an amazing job learning about Murakami’s famous flowers while incorporating the color wheel,” art teacher Raymie Tand said.
