Elmont Memorial High School’s guidance department hosted the Freshman Experience on Jan. 4. Class of 2018 alumni came to speak with the school’s seniors about their first-year experiences at college. They also answered questions for the current students. Twenty-five top students from the Class of 2019 then enjoyed breakfast with the alumni. It was a great opportunity for seniors to hear firsthand what their peers encountered as they began their new academic endeavors.
