North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth and the Town Board welcomed the Girl Scouts of Nassau County on March 19 before the Town Board meeting for a point of Personal Privilege. The Town honored the Girl Scouts in celebration of their 100th anniversary and presented CEO Rande Bynum and local Girl Scouts with a proclamation of recognition in honor of the occasion. The Girl Scouts of Nassau County also have uniforms through the decades on display at the “Yes We Can” Community Center in Westbury to commemorate the milestone.
