North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth attended the swearing in ceremony for the new members of the Nassau County Fire Fighters Emerald Society on Nov. 27 at the East Williston Firehouse.

The new officers include: President Kevin Mulrooney, East Williston Fire Department;           Vice-President Thomas Devaney, East Williston Fire Department/Mineola Volunteer Ambulance Corps; Secretary John Clarke, Williston Park Fire Department; Treasurer Peter Begley, Island Park Fire Department; and Sergeant at Arms Donald McMahon, Albertson Fire Company (not in attendance). Bosworth also presented certificates of recognition to each of the board members in honor of their new positions.
