Bosworth attends opening of Chinese-American art exhibit

Supervisor Judi Bosworth attended the opening reception of the Chinese Artists in America exhibition at the Gold Coast Arts Center on Jan. 13. The exhibit features eight contemporary Chinese-American artists: Zhen Guo, Hai Wei, Arthur Liu, Ping Wang, Dexiang Qian, Xiangdong Shi, Yafu Wang and Yulin Huang.

Pieces on display reflect the cultural growth through the arts and historical and aesthetic linkage to other communities. Bosworth presented a citation to the Gold Coast Arts Center Executive Director Regina Gil in honor of the opening event.
