If you know Tom Suozzi, you’ve had the experience of genuinely being listened to.
His record as Nassau County Executive and for six years as our congressman says, Here is a man who works for the people—all of us.
The proud son of an Italian immigrant, Joseph Suozzi, renowned New York Stae Supreme Court Justice, Tom knows the value every American, his constituents, bring to their community, to our collective humanity.
When petitioned to do something about the Immigration crisis by a progressive group which stands far left of his moderate policies, he responded by speaking eloquently about his family’s immigrant roots on the House floor.
With Republican friend and LI legislator, Peter King he proposed a blueprint for legislation to protect our borders and ensure a humane approach to legal immigration.
Tom is a doer, a politician who stands in stark contrast to the self-serving politics of greed which the Republican party gave us in the last election with grifter and Trump lackey George Santos.
As we come to the end of two torturous years of Santos non-representation, we need to return Suozzi to Congress where he can continue to deliver more of what we elect our leaders to do: “solve the problems that people face…to make living here more affordable, safer and better.”
Tom will take his fight back to Congress where he had sponsored a bill to repeal a Trump tax cap on the amount of state and local taxes we can deduct from our income taxes.
Given his legacy of winning better healthcare for our veterans, passing commonsense gun safety laws to keep lethal weapons out of the hands of dangerous people, reducing the cost of insulin and protecting our natural resources with almost 500% increased funding for the Long Island Sound, Suozzi will work for all the residents of Nassau County and for the American people.
The Republican candidate, Mazi Pilip, refuses to debate and when asked about the issues, continues to answer: “No Comment!”
Vote early, Feb. 3-11, or at your local polling place on Election Day, FEB. 13. Be a part of this historical moment when we will mark the ballot for Tom Suozzi, for Democracy and against a do-nothing Congressional House paralyzed by “petty, partisan finger-pointing politics.”
