Recently there was a leak about a possible U.S. Supreme Court draft decision. Immediately, a radical pro-choice left wing extremist group, “Jane’s Revenge,” promised to deliver a “Night of Rage” if the court overturned Roe v. Wade. This group has also openly called for an “open season” against pro-life centers and has taken credit for dozens of attacks across the country. They have even gone so far as to proclaim, “To our oppressors: if abortions aren’t safe, you’re not either.”
Another extremist leftist group, “Ruth sent us,” published the home locations of the six conservative justices whose names were on the leaked Supreme Court draft decision. Then they asked their followers to target these homes with protests, the churches where they prayed and even the schools where their children attend. One of these group’s followers even went so far as to be arrested while armed outside Justice Kavanagh’s residence at 1:45 a.m. in the morning and said he was there to murder Justice Kavanagh.
There was no statement from President Biden deploring this attempted assassination. Vice President Harris was also conspicuously silent. Speaker Pelosi had the unmitigated gall to block a Supreme Court Security bill She was even quoted as saying: “No one is in danger,” as she has armed guards following her whenever and wherever she travels and lives in a gated community protected by a private security force. (Editor’s Note: She later relented and the House passed the bill June 14, 2022.)
Partisan Attorney General Merrick Garland was too busy siccing the Justice Department on parents who showed up at school board meetings to voice their opinions on the education of their children than to order protection for these justices. Garland refuses to enforce 18 U.S. Code Section 1507 – Picketing or parading which states, “Whoever, with the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness, or court officer, in the discharge of his duty, pickets or parades in or near a building housing a court of the United States, or in or near a building or residence occupied or used by such judge, juror, witness, or court officer, or with such intent uses any sound-truck or similar device or resorts to any demonstration in or near such building or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.”
Probably the most disgusting statement was by Sen. Chuck Schumer when he said; “Republicans are waging war on women! I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanagh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price! You won’t know what hit you, if you go forward with these awful decisions!”
Schumer is guilty of inciting violence against Justice Kavanagh. If this person had been successful in murdering Justice Kavanagh, blood would be on Schumer’s hands. Now just imagine what would have happened if a Republican had made these statements. Sure seems like there is a two-tiered justice system in place.
