Leadership, integrity and commitment are qualities determining excellence for government representation.

The Town of North Hempstead has the good fortune to have community leaders who are committed to making their town and the world a better place in which to live.

Tom Suozzi, Kim Keiserman and Gina Sillitti are the embodiment of humane, principled leadership and continually give of themselves.

Tom Suozzi needs no introduction. Throughout his long-standing career as a legislator, Suozzi has proven that his experience, efforts and concern for people has produced results for the people he has served.

His credentials are key to his qualifications as our legislative representative which include an accountant, attorney, Glen Cove mayor, Nassau County Executive and congressman indicate his dedication to public service.

He now seeks congressional re-election in North Hempstead’s District 3. Suozzi’s mottos: from “we can fix this,” to “getting things done,” accurately describe his drive and energy.

Suozzi’s focused leadership on important issues such as reproductive rights, sensible legislation on immigration, gun safety measures, reducing the SALT tax and his commitment to “reach across the aisle” demonstrate how he effectively transforms his words into actions as a leader for humanity.

Kim Keiserman, stands out as a political activist and has continually devoted her energies in multifaceted ways. Although, this is Kim’s first candidacy to the New York State Senate, her intelligence, clarity and caring nature as a former high school social studies teacher led her naturally to serve the community in a broader role.

Her ardent commitment to establishing humane policies on climate change, reproductive rights and pushing for sensible gun safety legislation are issues that deeply concern Kim as she will address as an elected official.

Gina Sillitti has proven herself to be an able representative of the 16th Assembly district. Even before her election to the Assembly in 2020, she demonstrated strong leadership, integrity and an unparalleled commitment to the public sector since 2004 as the chief of staff to Nassau County legislators, the Board of Elections and deputy commissioner of the Department of Community Services.

A visionary by nature, Sillitti has several goals to fulfill in her third term, which include increasing aid to our schools,  interaction and collaboration with neighboring representatives to develop realistic plans for housing development, and plans for much needed infrastructure projects to combat the effects of climate change.

Individually, Tom Suozzi, Kim Keiserman and Gina Sillitti are sharp, intelligent leaders. As a team, their efforts will multiply.

Their leadership and commitment are worthy of our support. Please join me in making your commitment to vote for them. As residents, we will all be the beneficiaries.
