Not to be excessively ‘partisan’, but……
Moscow Mitch McConnell declared that aid to those major urban states which had suffered the most from the early months of the Trumplican pandemic debacle was, in his estimation, a “blue state bailout.”
Should we now consider aid to those states which, captive to their own retrograde ideology, deliberately left themselves vulnerable to the current disaster “red-state-relief?” Maybe, just “Americans helping Americans” would be more appropriate.
