Anna Kaplan has delivered on her promises to the community she represents. School taxes have been permanently capped and helping small businesses has been the center of Anna’s work as chair of The Senate Committee of Economic Development & Small Business
She has fully supported funding law enforcement and is working hard on legislation that supports common sense gun safety. She is also promotes legislation that addresses red flag laws.

Anna’s children have attended public schools and she is deeply committed to providing the best education to all students. She has brought record funding from Albany, an increase of $47 million over her predecessor, so teachers and administrators have the resources to educate our children.

Anna will always work to protect women’s reproductive rights. She has supported The Reproductive Health Act that makes contraceptive care accessible to all women.

Anna came to this country as a refugee child from Iran and is now giving back to the country that received her and her family. She is an exceptionally hard worker and has done her best to improve the lives of her constituents. She has my full support and gratitude for doing an exceptional job as our state senator.
