Google “Sunnyside Yard Station” and you will come to a December 2019 article in “City Limits.” The Sunnyside project has been the subject of controversy, including allegations by grassroots organizations that development will lead to gentrification and inequities to the lower-income demographic.
Perhaps instead of blaming Senator Schumer, Governor Hochul, CEO Lieber and President Free the author should place some of the “blame” on grassroots organizations.
