Clarence Thomas declares himself a righteous “originalist” with respect to the Constitution. His fanatical opinion concurring with Samuel Alito’s bizarrely fanatical opinion sets his sights on contraception and same sex rights issues.
The same “originalist” view would call into question inter-racial rights issues as well. Where would that leave Ginni and Clarence? And, of course, “originalist” Clarence should only be casting 3/5 of a vote as the “original” Constitution counted his African-American ancestors as 3/5 of a person. Clarence Thomas is intellectually corrupt.
Clarence Thomas sought to conceal his wife’s wanton participation in the vile attempted coup perpetrated by the fascist Trumputin personality cult. His lone dissent to the Scotus decision to release White House communications records (that would expose his wife’s wanton behavior to the Jan. 6 committee) was so clearly unethical as to, by itself, warrant his impeachment. Clarence Thomas is ethically corrupt.
