North Hempstead town officials attended the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce 35th Annual Small Business Person of the Year and Legislative Breakfast on Oct. 18 at which Drina Scheiber of the Port Washington Chamber of Commerce was honored for supporting the local economy and for her dedication to her Chamber.
The NCCC is an umbrella organization of over 20 local Chambers that represent over 6,000 businesses. NCCC President Francesca Carlow and the board of directors spearheaded the event at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
