North Hempstead town officials attended the Nassau Council of Chambers of Commerce (NCCC) 35th Annual Small Business Person of the Year and Legislative Breakfast on Oct. at which  Diane Harragan of the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce was honored for supporting the local economy and for her dedication to her Chamber.
