Assemblyman Anthony D’Urso recently honored Yoel Hava, Isabella Mirro, and Joshua Rothbaum from Paul D. Schreiber High School in Port Washington and Leah Taylor and Edward Samowitz from John L Miller-Great Neck North High School as the five students were selected as winners of National Merit $2,500 scholarships.
“I was happy to present citations to Yoel, Isabella, Joshua, Leah and Edward and congratulate them on all their hard work and achievements. I also wished them luck in college and in future endeavors. These five young men and woman are an example of the great hard working and energetic students that are in the 16th Assembly District,” said D’Urso.
