It appears that I have upset Mr. Cashdan by stating some (easily verifiable) facts that contradict his limited sound-bite knowledge.
Of course, he won’t “waste anyone’s time with a point by point” response, because he cannot. What he can do is try to denigrate the author.
If he could mount a coherent argument, he would have tried. Of course, if Eric is in the fifth grade, his letter is perfectly appropriate.
