I want to thank officer Ryan McGauley of the Highway Patrol who helped us last Tuesday night when our car broke down on the service road at exit 37.
Officer McGauley stayed with us until he identified the problem and made sure we were safe. He told us the car would make it home since we were fairly close.
When we expressed concern about driving it, he offered to (and did) follow us home to make sure we were okay.
Ryan McGauley went above and beyond the call of duty to help a stranded motorist and I commend and thank him.
