I am writing to endorse Nanette Melkonian in her run for the Port Washington Board of Education.

I have had the pleasure of knowing, working alongside, and across the table from Nanette for nearly a decade, and I could not imagine a better candidate to represent and serve our community.

In all the time that I have known Nanette, she has been a fierce and hard-working advocate for education, educators, parents, and most of all, the children.

Nanette‘s passion, knowledge, and vision around education, combined with her grace, integrity, and background as a former elementary and special educator, makes this an exciting opportunity for our community to gain such an all-around ideal person to serve on our Board of Education.
