Helen Katchis must be allowed to feed, spay and neuter cats in the Village of Great Neck Estates.
These cats bother no one – they hurt no one. They are beautiful felines who unfortunately have no home. Ms. Katchis feeds them so she can trap, neuter and spay them.
I believe no man, no woman, no animal can ever be hungry. That is why we have soup kitchens to help people, as Ms. Katchis is helping these cats.
She sacrifices her time to help these loving, homeless animals.
Please allow Ms. Katchis to continue with her wonderful and much-needed work.
