1866 Reconstruct the South: Dems: No; Rep: Yes; Passed

1867 Blacks Gain Citizenship: Dems: No; Rep: Yes; Passed, 14^th Amendment

1868 Blacks Can Vote: Dems: No; Rep: Yes; Passed, 15^th Amendment
