As the resident of East Shore Road for over 30 years, I hope this project will never be approved.
Over the years, I have been witness to the increased traffic and noise to the point that I felt I’m living in slums of Kolkata.
It was/is relative tranquility of the North Shore that attracts people to move in, and now these greedy developers want to create another Flushing Main Street that brings air pollution, traffic jams, noise and endangers the residents safety, among the other negative effects on the surrounding communities.
We pay the highest property taxes in Nassau for those issues, and our answer is NO to this stupid proposal.
