According to robbery squad detectives, a subject described as a 30-year-old Hispanic male wearing a red long-sleeved flannel shirt, blue vest, blue jeans and black hat entered the TD Bank at 111 Mineola Blvd. and handed a demand note to the teller.

Police said the subject made verbal threats to the four employees still in the bank at the time and fled westbound on Villa Street after he was handed an undisclosed amount of money. None of the employees were injured, police said.
