Libraries (not ours) get state aid

I discovered that in this morning’s Newsday. Rockville Center is to receive $34,900 for new automatic (accessible) front doors. Maybe the Great Neck Library can hold the state up for three sets of doors. Of course since we are planning spending $20 million we are not poor enough.

No consideration was given to force the landlords to put in accessible doors when construction was undertaken at these properties. They are remiss.
