Shame on the Village officials of Great Neck who have allowed empty stores on Middle Neck Road to deteriorate to such a degree that many of them are an embarrassment to the community. 

It seems reasonable to have a community ordinance that requires landlords to maintain their empty property appropriately. 

Hopefully, attention will be given to this matter.
