Police investigate $1.2k burglary of soft balls

The Port Washington Police District are investigating a burglary in which $1,200 worth of soft balls were stolen from the Port Washington PAL, according to police.

The incident took place on March 7 at the league;s offices 325 Main Street in Port Washington. 

“It’s still an ongoing investigation,” Port Washington District Chief of Police James Salerno said.  He added there are no suspects at this time.
