An 84-year-old Port Washington woman was found Friday after missing for just more than a day.
Mary Salerno was located as of 8:45 p.m. last Friday, about 31 hours after she was reported missing, police said in a news release.
She had last been seen outside the Port Washington Post Office on Port Washington Boulevard around 1 p.m. Thursday, Nassau County police said.
