Founded by Dr. Rajesh K. Singh and his wife of 56 years Rajeshwari devi Singh, the Raj & Rajeshwari Foundation is an independent international medical humanitarian organization that delivers aid to people affected by exclusion from health care, by reason of poverty and lack of infrastructure in an around Gonda in Uttar Pradesh, India.
