Twin Park Fitness in New Hyde Park is now offering kids agility training classes for children 8 to 12 years old.

Classes are offered Mondays and Thursdays a 4 p.m. for an eight week cycle. Kids will learn and exercise in a fun environment with their peers.

There will be an open house on Oct. 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sun. Oct. 20 from noon to 2 p.m. offering a massage therapist, nutritionist, kids training and more. Twin Park Fitness is located at 15 Jericho Turnpike in New Hyde Park. Call (516) 326-7867 for more information.

The grand opening of the Amped Tanning and Juice Bar will take place on the weekend of Nov. 1 where free tans and lotions will be available.
